ORDERING
Orders are accepted from Monday to Sunday. Ordering can be done via email.

PRICES
All prices are in FOB ex-farm Kuala Lumpur in MYR(Malaysian Currency) and are subject to changes especially to seasonal species.Kindly ask for assistance for the updates on the pricing of seasonal species.

PAYMENT
All payment has to be in advance via T.T(Telegraphic transfer).Personal cheques and Letter of Credits are not accepted.

DELIVERY
Delivery will be within 7 working days after full payment is received. Delivery is will be on the first available flight subject to airlines approval of cargo space and customer confirmation on the shipment. We will assist you to select a suitable airline to transport your cargo given your destination airport code. Shipping advice will be given according to your destination.

TRACKING
Shipments can be tracked after departure via online express tracking.Please ask for assistance.

CLAIMS
All claims & DOAs report must be reported/submitted within 24 hours of the arrival of the sent shipment. Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.All claims must be supported by photos. We only accept quality photo which clearly revel the fish quantity. We guarantee 95% arrival and claims for DOA will be acknowledged if it constitutes more than 5% of the total fish invoice.Guarantee does not cover the shipping freight or packing charge. Claims for delay of shipment or damages to packing boxes must be presented directly to the air cargo carrier.We will not be liable for such claims.
